Today I am working as the VP Product for Bumble Inc and support the product and design teams building Bumble, the #2 dating App in the world.

For me, the most impactful product managers dont only do a great job on improving the product they support, but they also excel in initiating and supporting change in their organisations, tangibly improving the working environment and the culture of the company that they work for. Rather than feeling hopeless or frustrated about the frictions that get in their way, I coach them towards high agency, and seeing the challenges they face (whether structural or interpersonal) as solvable problems.
