Over the past 25 years, I have held numerous product positions in technology, fintech, media and digital marketing. I am currently the CPO at Moneybox in UK. Prior, I was the Chief Product Officer for Acorns and Varo Bank; both startups seeking to democratize access to our financial systems through digital solutions. Prior to working in the fintech/neo-bank space, I ran the digital product consulting arm for Noise, a digital marketing agency in New York. Before Noise, I helped start Current TV, the global media network founded by Al Gore.

How will coaching shape the future of product over the next 5-10 years?

We'll create a generation of product leaders who approach the role with higher EQ and relationship skills, translating into more emotionally resonant products and services.

What's your best advice for product managers looking to increase their impact?

To lead product effectively, you need to foster authentic relationships throughout the organization, including the relationship with yourself.

Anything we should know about you as a thought leader in the area of product:

I spent the first half of my career building digital products and services used by millions. I realized along the way that the most rewarding part of the job was fostering deep human relationships that allowed me and my teams to be the best versions of ourselves. Our performance and success were directly tied to how connected we were as people. I’m spending the second half of my career leveraging everything I’ve learned to help the next generation of product managers and entrepreneurs.
