Example how to do customer interviews or discovery. 2. Create more opportunities for startups to understand their monetization model. 3. Build more product leaders with a strong product sense.

What are some of the most effective frameworks you've used when coaching leaders in your area?

1. Prioritization with RICE 2. Customer interviews with 5 Why 3. 80-20 Rule to manage your day and priorities 4. Communicate with your leadership - Structure your thoughts with STAR framework 5. Influence your leaders with knowing their goals 6. Optimize your career with only 3 things for 2 years 7. Grow together as a team using the Agile Coaching Competency Framework. 8.
