How will coaching shape the future of product over the next 5-10 years?

In my opinion, coaching will shape the future of product in 3 areas over the period of the next 5 years: 1. Create more visibility for the best product management practices. Example how to do customer interviews or discovery. 2. Create more opportunities for startups to understand their monetization model. 3. Build more product leaders with a strong product sense.

Identify Problem Prioritization with the three feature buckets

What's your best advice for product managers looking to increase their impact?

1. Identify problems and quantify your impact using the below framework - Cost-saving, Efforts, Revenue generated, Quantify volume, Size, Scale, Percentage change Month over Month or Year over year improvements, Time to market or implementation time or time-saving, Quality improvement. 2. Communicate the above to your leadership. 3. Get alignment from leadership before you execute.

I am someone who is looking at the bigger picture and thinking about what are our priorities constantly. I have deep expertise in product and data management and write articles at I was able to scale my company revenue 100% in 1 year without additional head counts and I achieved that by creating a dedicated structure for KPIs, Team rituals, and clear monitoring mechanisms in the company. As a result, my company was part of the top 100 marketplaces in A16Z's 2021 list.
