Having trained over trained and mentored 2,500 Sr. PMs through Product Faculty, we've found that to get to a Crystallization of Advanced PM Skills it takes 4 key things. The 4 cornerstones of Crystallization are Curriculum, Coaching, Cases and the Classroom. If you are a Sr. PM looking to *crystallize* your advanced PM skills, if you're ready to further impact your users, impress your boss, and advance your career, then apply for our Crystal Training™

How will coaching shape the future of product over the next 5-10 years?

Coaching will be one of the most leveraged activities in helping PMs succeed in their careers

What are some of the most effective frameworks you've used when coaching leaders in your area?

The most effective framework I've used to coach PMs is the The Crystallize Framework that we've developed at Product Faculty that goes through the 8 Crystal Keys (Strategize, Devise, Schematize, Actualize, Optimize, Magnetize, Technologize and Harmonize)

What's your best advice for product managers looking to increase their impact?

You have to be more strategic. That is, IF you want to progress in your career. As you're moving up in your career from PM to CPO your role will change drastically. As a PM, you're going to be given a problem and you'll need to figure out the best way to solve it. As you progress in your career, you'll go from figuring out the best way to solve a problem to figuring out what problem you SHOULD be solving. The key to success will be strategically determining what problems you can solve that will: have the most impact on the business, satisfy the users, and help your company grow and scale.
