How will coaching shape the future of product over the next 5-10 years?

There is extensive burnout in product management. And product managers, as we know, sit in the middle of everything. Coaching is absolutely critical to support PMs in how to effectively lead without burning out, how to influence without authority, and how to bring people together to drive innovation. Leadership programs are not enough. You need to learn how to lead in the world of product management.

Communication Styles, Fight-or-Flight processes, and positive psychology frameworks

What's your best advice for product managers looking to increase their impact?

If you start with how you lead humans, including building trust and connection, the more effective you will be as a product manager and leader.

I am the only one who is not just focused on helping people be amazing at their jobs, but specifically on managing stress, burnout, and the number of hours worked. It is so important we love what we do as PMs.
