How will coaching shape the future of product over the next 5-10 years?

With more and more talent transitioning from another function to product, coaching will be key to guide these talents and help them prepare & execute that transition, thrive in their new role and develop their new career to the top. Moreover, as companies keep accelerating their pace of growth and increase faster their complexity, PM will need to rely more than ever on coaches to keep up and stay ahead

What's your best advice for product managers looking to increase their impact?

Clarify and measure your North Star metric and KPI/driver tree, identify the driver that is the most problematic and focus solely on this. Then go to the next
