Coaching will definitely grow the whole ecosystem by 100x if done properly. Product mgmt in itself has grown tremendously in the last 10 years, but I still feel most of them don't have the right direction/process to perform well. Mostly depend on things they learned in MBA. I feel anyone willing to get from x to 10x should have a proper path to combat the challenges they face daily.

The impact is always measured by the business metrics you move. Define & own the business metrics that you think you will be able to move. Then define your product metrics. Get stakeholder's alignment on both. Then apply product execution skills to achieve these. Stick to it & don't get diverted by any ad hoc requests from anyone.
