Having led teams at a traditional company like CBS, and then moving on to lead a team at Google, I have been exposed to multiple leadership styles, from the front lines of management to boardroom dynamics, and there are strong patterns that emerge when studying the traits of high performing teams and their leaders. Highlighted in this course of “How to Manage a High Performing Team”, are the patterns I have observed and studied and the tangible, operational steps you can take to elevate your leadership.

Through a series of questions and exercises, you will gain knowledge of what sets high performance leaders apart, evaluate your own leadership style, and learn the skills you need in your toolkit to thrive and drive results.
